HistoryAustralia has been arranged as a suite of complimentary sites relating to specific areas of Australian history.

Our Flagship site is The Convict Stockade, a wiki based member site where researchers with an interest in Australia's convict beginnings can add to the knowledge base. The site has started with a basic list of convict ship arrivals and is being built up to include the lists of all convict transportees. Third level pages include biographical data about the convicts themselves and, in some cases photographs and portraits. If you are researching your convict ancestors or just want to share what you have found out about them then this is the site for you. Some sections of the site are only open to registered users.
