8 February 1788 - Involved in a quarrel with Samuel Barsby
3 November 1794 - A 30 acre land grant was recorded for a John Acres. This was probably an error as the only John Acres (Akers) in the colony had arrived on the 'Albemarle' in 1791 and was still under sentence. Thomas was recorded in November 1794 as working 20 acres of Land
1800 - Thomas was renting land at Mulgrave Place
May 1805 - Sold 30 acres of land to Thomas Lewer for £180.
1806 saw him in partnership of 22.5 acres of land with Thomas Phillips
1814 - living in Liverpool and by 1816 he held 40 acres at Airds
1824 - Buried in the grounds of the Church of England at Campbelltown, NSW
