November 1794 - Ann's husband received a grant on the Hawkesbury River - just north of where the town of Windsor would later be built

April 1831 - Ann's husband died and she inherited the estate. After Ann died her estate was split between the two daughters of John and Lucy CUPITT as Ann was childless
