Jane's son John Vandebus (alias Bond) aged 19 and another man were sentenced to death at the same trial for the burglary at which the goods were obtained (a large quantity of clothing).
12 March 1789 - Discharged from Newgate Gaol for embarkation on the 'Lady Juliana' transport
August 1790 - Eight weeks after arriving in Sydney Jane was sent to Norfolk Island
November 1794 - Returned to Sydney, sentence expired
