Sarah LEE, Mary's daughter, was in Newgate prison with her
Returned to England with her children and their father Aaron DAVIS.
1814 - Aaron died at Middlesex.

September 1815 - James MITCHELL (Mary's son-in-law - he married Sarah Lee) wrote on Mary's behalf requesting permission for her and her three children to return to the colony and join him and his wife in Van Diemens Land. In support of the request he stated that she had £1100 due to her and ten head of cattle. The request was annotated as recommended although it is not certain that the family actually returned to Australia
