She gave her name as Patience when she married.
2 Oct. 1788 - Sent to Norfolk Island, along with her husband, on the 'Golden Grove'. Martha's husband James left Norfolk Island in Sep. 1792 on board the 'Atlantic'. Although there is no record of him returning to the Island later records, in 1794, recorded her as living with a James or John Davis.
Jan. 1802 - Martha left Norfolk Island on the 'Harrington', bound for Sydney.
