12 July 1794 - Joined the NSW Corps
22 July 1794 - Left Norfolk Island on the 'Francis', Alice went with him
October 1795 - Returned to Norfolk Island on the 'Supply'. Alice remained in Port Jackson, ending their relationship. George remained in the Corps until 1810 - serving in the 102nd Company
1811 - George was victualled as a free man and a constable
January 1813 - left Norfolk Island on the 'Lady Nelson' bound for Van Diemens Land. He was recorded as a second class settler without family and held 50 acres at Port Dalrymple
