Brother of Francis, also transported on the Alexander. Thomas left the colony as soon as his sentence expired in December 1791 leaving Margaret behind.

24 March 1784 - tried at Kingston upon Thames, with his brother, for breaking, enter and steal with violence. They were sentenced to death and reprieved to be transported to America for 7 years.. They both escaped and were tried again at Guildford (as above)
He left the colony, with his brother, before the end of 1791. Sentence expired
