1806 - Still listed as being with Grace but they separated shortly after. He transferred the title of a house at 23 Pitt's Row, Sydney to Grace on the condition that she gave up title to another house at Parramatta
1809 - Received a 200 acre grant at Bringelly
1811 - William was listed as a storekeeper
9 August 1817 - William and Mary had arranged a separation settlement
