The First Fleet Transports – Scarborough

Convicts to New South Wales on the transport ship Prince of Wales - 1788
Convicts embarked – 201 The First Fleet sailed from Portsmouth in England in May 1787 and comprised eleven ships (2 naval vessels, 3 store ships and six transports). The Scarborough was one of the transports and carried 208 male convicts(according to the book "The Convict Ships" by Charles Bateson)
