George Smith convict on Neva 1833-34

Looking for any information on George Smith. Have so far discovered he was born 1815 in Middlesex and tried and convicted at London Delivery Gaol in December 1833. Transported for 7 years in 1834, Pardoned 1840.
On some Neva lists but not others.
How do I discover what he was convicted of?

Hello everyone, This George Smith is not my ancestor - but it is always useful to find out about the other George Smiths who were around at the time so that when you are going through Trove and other sources you know which ones fit and which ones don't. The George Smith in my family history is actually a second marriage to my ancestor and not a blood relative but still of great interest. He arrived on the Baring in 1815 as a convict. Sent to Newcastle at first and then returned to Sydney. He married Sarah Blade, widow of Thomas Blade who died in a boating accident at Cockle Bay in 1815. His main residence was in Sussex Street. He also purchased property in other parts of Sydney. He died in 1855. The other George Smith in that time and place was a mayor of Sydney. J
